We just wanted to drop you a note in regards to our new Hot Springs Vanguard spa. Although we were very happy with our Tiger River Bengal model, this one is so much better. The variation of available jet settings (especially the moto-massage feature), along with the appearance of the spa are both very impressive. We definitely find ourselves sitting in this one more frequently and for longer periods of time.

It was also appreciated how you went out of your way on a Sunday evening to bring us a replacement for a faulty cylinder on our old spa’s cover. Realizing there is more than one place in the Quad Cities area to purchase a spa, we are just glad we were referred to the “right” place.
